Frequently Asked Questions

Is there anything that you don’t clean?

For both time management and safety reasons, here are the items that we don’t clean or perform as a part of our normal services:

  • Cluttered furniture spaces with stuff excessive items (If we are able to wipe around it, items are safely moved and dusted)

  • Changing of lightbulbs

  • Drapes/shutters/blinds

  • No exterior cleaning

  • Junk removal

  • Storage areas or attic

  • Remediation removal

  • Flood or water Damage

  • Ceiling fans (Due to height)

  • Pet waste clean-up

  • Pest infested spaces (e.g. bugs/excessive fruit flies and removal of mice droppings)

Do you throw out food or drink found around the living space?

If instructed to do so, we will throw out food and drink items that are found around the house. If we are not told to do so, we will leave those items or ask explicitly before removing.

How do you remove excessive pet hair, fur and dust?

Pet hair, fur and general dust gets everywhere. We perform an initial sweeping with a broom wherever we can physically reach followed by a vacuum. Following that initial approach, we would mop and vacuum once again.

We’re able to remove about 90% of the hair in an environment with this method following every clean. This means improved breathing quality, improved sleep quality and more!

When cleaning a cluttered area, do you organize prior to cleaning or dusting?

No - when cleaning an area which has a variety of items (a bookshelf for example) we will carefully remove, clean, and then replace items exactly as found.
